Thanks for your interest in getting a booth at Gila Tattoo Expo! We are receiving an overwhelming response to artist booth applications all the time. Below is a little more info about our booth options and the application.

Filling out the online application  does NOT guarantee you a booth – but rather allows us to review your tattoo work/portfolio, studio, and more for a possible invitation to purchase a booth at Gila Tattoo Expo.  Applying for a booth does not guarantee you will receive an invitation. If you have received an invitation already, you will need to use the private URL on the invitation to purchase your Gila Tattoo Expo booth.

***FULL PAYMENT for 2025 is due by June 14th.  No options for a 50% deposit are available. For 2026, a 50% deposit is REQUIRED within 30 days of your acceptance email. You may pay in full as well, if desired. If you choose to make a deposit, the remaining total for your booth is due June 1st, 2026 or you will forfeit your booth. NO REFUNDS OR EXCEPTIONS***

We do NOT email applicants back unless they are to receive an invitation for a booth.
